This is what happens when a Polandball drawer, without his tablet ( :( ), or sleep, draws more than he he usually draws.

I usually draw on paper a lot better, but I wish I had my tablet fixed.

Well, that Zalgo spam is very bad, but he seems to be doing it in threads set up for that thing.

It doesn't seem like he's actually spamming any other places than the designated threads (seemingly Official Zalgo Spam Thread & [REDACTED])

Spamming is a problem,
but only if it gets in the way of other people's discussions.

If it's in its own thread which was designed for that,
then that kind of spam shouldn't be bothersome outside of those two threads.

But even then, he can't just make zalgo spam threads his only gimmick,
as well as make them your defining feature, that's just bad publicity.

so, /halfsupport until more proof.

There was also that time he linked a richard pic in the chat and asked me to send him nudes (i'm 14).

Well,  If you can get photographic proof, and have everyone submit their evidence of Freak's creepiness, and I hope he's kicked from the forums.

and where are these other loveual remarks you speak of? i havent seen anything to the magnitude that emo freak is on

I think Kadon is unusually chill with loveual stuff, such as his post in the Paste Thread shows:
