one thing i can admit to is that i take really stuff care of myself. i hardly ever eat anything thats considered "healthy" and when i do its not even a decent serving. actually in general i just dont eat that much at all, it's gotten to a point that i feel nauseous when i try to eat what most people would consider an average sized meal and im not active
in short, im really underweight and skinny and i need to start taking better care of myself
