I know this isn't really the right forum for this but the MAGIX forum doesn't want to accept my password that I reset twice and the CreativeCow forum will not send my activation email.

When I put a file into Vegas and try to edit it, these horrible compression(?) artifacts is what I get when previewing and rendering. The file plays fine in every other program.




I've tried all the suggested things on the other forums from other people but they didn't work for me.

Modification Help / Adding damage smoke to a vehicle (like the BTR?)

I'm currently trying to reverse-engineer the BTR's code to make the F100 smoke when it's damaged, but I've run into two problems:

1. It's probably illegal
2. I've got nowhere

Does someone else know how to do this?

Help / Blockland crashing when making server

Whenever I create a server and it starts to load datablocks, Blockland crashes. It doesn't when I disable Glass, however.

Anyway, I put your Miis into my Tomodachi Life island, and I'm going to do it again with Miitopia.
First, of course, we gotta get ourselves the main character. Post that you want to be added into the game (and a picture of your Mii or a QR code) and once it reaches 3:00 in my time I'll make a poll with all the people who asked to be the main character. After that, anyone can ask to be in it and then they'll be added in a random role.

I've scrapped this. Instead, the first Mii submitted will be the main character.

So, post away! May the best main character win!

Modification Help / model of car for someone who wants to make it a bl vehicle (or not)

.blend file of a car. some stuff is wrong. if you want to improve it or make it an addon please do.

i've always wanted to make a vehicle for blockland but i don't know any torquescript and learning all of the syntax and stuff would be a waste of time for one vehicle. other people like filipe or teneksi would probably be able to make versions of this car leagues better than mine but i bet they're too busy with other things to bother with my suggestion. if you want to make this a bl vehicle go ahead.

please also keep in mind the interior is a rush job. the seats and steering wheel are seperate objects from the car body so you can put your own ones in. if you want to give the model a touch-up of your own or put your own spin on the design, please do.
you can even say that you made the model yourself, because the model is sub-par anyway and nobody would be impressed unless you overhauled it.

Help / Game acting as if max vehicles is set to zero - it's set to twenty.

I'm trying to make a vehicle sumo server and have it cycle between different vehicles each round using the shiftEventEnabled event addon, but the spawners don't work anymore (they used to work fine)
If I try to spawn a vehicle now, nothing happens. It's as if the max vehicles pref has been set to zero, even though it's at 20.

What's wrong?
