I can't see much in the way of something wrong with it other than you making the code super ugly. You should never compact code like that. Not only do you not improve performance (not that it matters (on such a small scale)), you demolish the readability of the code.

Have you tried debugging it? eg echo $AmbienceBrick, add echos to see if the changes are reached etc.

The number approaches infinity. If you choose a point on the surface of it, where do you draw the other end? You can always add another point closer to the start. This is brown townogical to a supertask. Let's assume you try to complete a 30 feet/meter race. It takes 3 seconds to go the first foot/meter, 3 seconds to go half of the previous distance and over and over it goes. When do you reach the finish line? What we can be sure of is that you do reach the finish line, but the time it takes will be a big fat theoretical infinity.
