Were you ever in the server?  Because the BLID 10013 never joined the server at all, so this topic is REALLY pointless unless you join the server and actually PLAY it it.

For those who voted without joining the server, join.  It's nothing like the old CityRP.

Actually, I have joined the server before. Not even long enough to finish loading. The combination of 1 minute ticks, and a server full of handicaps made me disconnect.

You've obviously cleared it before.

no no no no no no no.

It was a terrible add-on, made playing the game worse, you can only use it in dedicated servers, it was stupid, it made online games horrendous. There's a reason the link was removed.

Just, git.

Actually, I think they had their own reasons for its removal. You need to stop feeling butthurt because you have to sort through a few more servers.
