If he bites you, canine mouths have a small opening behind the fangs wide enough for you to put your finger. Put your thumb under his muzzle in the tissue area, your index finger under his tongue, press and hold, pulling downwards until he opens. You decide where you're going. Not him. He's your pet, remember that.He doesn't really attack me, he just runs around in circles and makes me trip. Sometimes he'll growl really loud at me, but he's never attacked.

Thanks guys. I will try the treat thing but I know for a fact that he WILL NOT go for a walk with me unless I'm with my grandmother, he'll start squealing and growling and knocking me to my feet. I will try to play fetch with him, but I'm unsure whether it will work.

Uhh.... I kind of have no where else to turn to, besides, you guys are geniuses.
I can't get another pet, so that thread is <useless>, but anyway, I have an issue with one of my grandparents' dogs, named Renni.
He's afraid of me, pretty bad. When I walk up to him while he's alone he runs straight to the pet door or under the table. When he's with someone else, he lets me pet him and scratch under his chin. I'd like to get to know him, but like I said, he will do anything to stay away from me.
How can I get him to like me/not be afraid of me?
Also, he might have had an issue with another kid that might be above/below my age.
