Actually if I recall correctly Strato's helis did the same thing (atleast the UH60 did).You could always make them blow up if it's a high speed impact, thats what Stratofortress' helicoptors/planes do.
It might be a problem with Blockland's vehicle physics. What seems to happen with those helicopters is that if they collide with something Blockland's physics occasionally break which results in the helicopter getting launched into space - if the vehicle then hits anything again it usually crashes the server.
Gravity Cat tried to fix this in a number of ways but nothing has worked so far. He has no idea why his helicopters seem to result in crashes more frequently than others either.
Maybe if you made a backup on a different server (like local), you could restart and then upload the non-corrupted save to it? Just temporary until you figure out what's really happening.It has to do the me disabling events on the server, i'm betting.

FYI Glass, as much as it may sound like a bad idea; the best way to make him pay would probably be by contacting his parents. Getting your own parents involved too will likely increase the chances of success. You can probably request their phone number if you explain the situation to an administrator at the school.
