Modification Help / Problem with sounds file

Usually when I create .ogg loops, I test it out on a single player server before posting on the forums. I created a sounds file and tested it out on BL, the sounds didn't appear when I went did OnActivate > Self > PlaySound >. I got the server.cs file, but nothing happens still. Any suggestions on what I can do?

Just a BL forums fighting game thing.
Rules
- Your HP must be below the number 250.
- Don't cheat(durh)
- You're items are the default items in BL(e.g, sword, gun etc.)
- Add-ons are allowed(e.g, That gun pack with ammo, swords from other games etc.)not OP add-ons, durh
- Instant kills are NOT allowed(Because well, it'd be unfair. Pls don't argue ;-;)
- Dodging is NOT allowed
- You can only heal +20 after 5 posts
- High damage weapons has a 3 post cooldown(e.g Rocket Launcher etc.)
Example:
Name: Duck Q.
HP: 200/200
Items: Akimbo Guns, Sword, Ranged Pixel
