His criticism wasnt about bugs? His criticism is about how you have to spend 30 mins - an hour to actually start playing the game.

Yea; starting money is supposed to be enough to start off, and I change the starting money to 255 every time I see it's not 255. Seventh made a case study into an example; a rather idiotic thing to do.

Guess I drew (both) of the short straws, but still, it was marked QI so I thought "This is what passes for a server, better not go into the rest lol".

No, I agree that a lot of the servers are low quality, but that's no reason to deny their potential; the clan's purpose is to help people with good ideas make quality servers. I seem to have forgotten that.

you banned him for pointing out flaws in your server
whether or not you took offence to it doesn't make it an attack, it makes it criticism

it is absolutely not his fault your clan is falling apart
it is the fault of you and the servers you run (or "grace" with your clan tag) for being a such a low quality that they could have triggered something like this

It's going to take a lot more than a bunch of pissed off forums to kill an entire clan, lol.

Its not that hard not to ban someone for having valid criticism, and then completely deny responsibility for it.

He didn't have valid criticism, most of the bugs he pointed out are things I fix as soon as I see them, if anything he saved the server two minutes of having these "bugs."

If it were that loving easy then I would have done it, but we're a new loving clan and still working out things like this. In my opinion, we'll come out stronger than ever after I solve all of this bull.

Just because a server has a few bugs yet to be worked out, Bim said the servers were stuff and ignored the rest of the clan's servers.

I fixed every problem within minutes of seeing Seventh's big performance.

Someone who wants to improve something should loving improve it; not showcase someone's errors and overlooks in the most sarcastic and demeaning way possible; It's not fun for me to go through an entire thread making fun of the clan I started and the code I edited; Seventh could have just as easily sent c[_] an PM instead of making this into one big performance.

Seventh was banned because he completely disregarded any other solution than to post a drama topic and bring untold hate on my clan and c[_]'s server.

Fun servers don't need to be perfect to be fun.

You're responsible for anything marked [Qi], that's what you get for making a clan.

You make it sound like making a clan is a bad thing.

There are literally things broken with your servers, are you blind? Let me list some things that I've personally experienced.

In the Trench Zombies server, you can buy a playeytype that's OP, basically sonic with 500 HP. When I used the OSR, it reset my datablock and I lost all those points with no refund. Then, the bottom 4 of my weapons would no longer function so I was out those points as well

Standalone server, I had no part in it.

In your CRPG server, an admin named Yoda went on a killing spree (albiet a short one due to quick action by Rez), and as Sandwich pointed out, the main thing you do for the first hour is jump around and get killed by criminals.

Not my CityRPG.

If your definition of trying is slapping together a bunch of server with terrible administration, then GJ.

I've been writing a new set of rules and regulations for server as well as removing the [Qi] tags from servers I think are not good enough to represent the clan.

[Qi] Official Server Rules
1. Server will be run under an alternate account with the name "[Qi]."
2. Server will be a community effort.
3. Functionality is more important than build quality, so everyone should be able to help even if they aren't the best builder.
4. Server must have the Super Admin/Administrator layout of the forums.
5. Server must be moderated with an active player-base.
6. If the server is passworded, it should still be run under the project manager's ID.
7. If you think you're server is good enough to become an official server, PM me and I'll put it to a vote.

[Qi] Standalone Server Rules
1. Standalone servers are separated from Official servers by the use of the tag instead of the username.
2. Server must have an active player-base in order to use our tag.
3. Server must be moderated well, if not we'll apply the [Qi] Forums moderators or revoke your [Qi] hosting abilities.
4. Server must be functional.
5. Server shouldn't be passworded with the [Qi] tag; we don't want to look like we're being too secretive.
6. Server should have at least two [Qi] members as admins; these admins don't need to be forum admins.
7. Hosts of these servers should not be excessive in cursing or being rude; we look like utter idiots if our hosts are always spewing garbage.
