For the autosaving feature, does it automatically save the inventories of all the players, hotbar included, or do we need player persistence enabled for the hotbar to be saved?

My face-down activates! Geargiagear! This card lets me special summon two Geargiano monsters from my deck and increase their levels by 1. I overlay the now level 4 machine-type monsters in order to XYZ summon our favorite Gear Gigant X! I order Googly Eyes Drum Dragon to attack the wall and get Gear Gigant X to attack Enhanced Runner #3.

Keep in mind I have no idea how any of this works, but if it really was Ravencroft who "DDoS'd" the forums, why would he make another account? Wouldn't it take less time to just do it while logged off?
