The general rule is width=1000. I have a 1080p monitor, which is essentially standard, and you stretched it almost half off screen.

I'm not. I've seen FtM operations that have the woman cut pieces of her arm off that grafts onto a tube to create a snake in which the FtM has to squeeze a pressure thing to get an erection.
Biologically speaking the FtM is basically pumping an artificial snake covered in living tissue. It's not a real snake, it cannot produce sperm. There is no blood flow to produce an erection.

You'd think it'd just be easier to send them to counselling to learn how to deal with "dysphoria" rather than turning their genitals into a loving modern art piece with an expensive surgery.

People who think "man" contained in any word carry's weight are pretty dumb. It's a term that's become so general these days that the gender of it hardly stands out. Helmsman for example makes me think of a job position and not the gender.

This. It's literally contained in the word "woman". It's just the English language.
