New Update

Changes:
- You can now place mines on ramped surfaces
- The defuse tool has been switched to the Pipe Wrench instead of the default wrench.
- Placing mines on invalid surfaces will yield an error sound.
- Trip-mines will de-spawn when you reset the minigame (can be disabled via RTB pref)
- You can set the trip-mines to last permanently by typing -1 into the despawn time RTB pref

I have tested this update extensively but there may still be many bugs. It has the ability to calculate pretty complicated ramps, so long as the brick maker did their normals correctly. Things tend to get pretty forgety on wedged surfaces, so avoid those for now (it usually just simply wont let you place them on wedges). If your build is very custom-brick/wedge heavy and it's causing problems, you can set it to only use flat surfaces again via an RTB pref.

If I've totally broken everything by mistake, I've left the previous version in the OP under 'stable'

You can get along with anyone OP. Our personality range is more susceptible to being autistic as forget though so you'll just have to do your best to put up with boring social norms. Obviously you'd probably get the most social stimulation out of people who are like-minded to you.

What the forget? How do you know you don't like "ESxJ" people? Its not like these tests actually mean anything

I'd say the MBTI is a relatively reputable method of describing people's personalities in a very simplified "scientific" matter. I hear they use this test in the US Army for psychological screening purposes.

These weapons don't provide support for GSF's backpack system yet sadly. I might implement it at some point

Your mod would work perfectly with the backpack system. Managing magazines within the player switch-to inventory is somewhat disorganized but with the backpack it's actually a lot of fun (when it works lol)

Well I just tried to use the weapons with GSF's backpack system and it broke



Not sure what happened... there were two magazines in the stack. First one didn't seem to work, second one was fine. Probably just a problem with stacking which can probably be easily disabled but I figured I'd bring it up anyway. I noticed some other issues, like the "used with" string being inaccurate (said colt 191 instead of colt 1911) and sometimes the magazines refilled themselves, but it's difficult to duplicate the glitch

Thank you for the useful information yo. I'd honestly be happy around the 20mbps range.

Don't get suckered into high data caps/unlimited stuff, because we all know that's just sales being forgetwits. They use it to try and convince idiots to subscribe to their low quality, low speed connections.

Can you elaborate a little on this? What happens when you hit your data cap?

I'm making a gamemode and it sorta relies on players finding shelter in the shade. It's a bit different from Xalos' mod but performs similarly.

Essentially, I'm looking for a reversal of the body heat mod. You start off cool, but the more you are in the sun/out of the shadows, your body heat "builds up". Once it gets to a certain point, you start to take damage. Standing in the shade cools you off.

Like a gamemode that has guns but doesn't want it devolve to a RDM.

That's actually a pretty good idea, considering how the player has limited individual bullets. It would prevent endless rampages in CRPG because players would eventually run out of bullets and would have to buy more.
