I know that stainless steel can naturally corrode when exposed to salty moist air, but I'm not sure if you can really restore it if you've used a powerful chemical like HCl, but I can't imagine why it would be any different. My knowledge on the subject is probably outdated, but I'd recommend an industrial abrasive, you could try brushing it with steel wool pads or a very fine sand paper.

They don't hate him because he's black, that's a pretty largely unfounded claim. There's plenty of black users here who get on just fine despite everyone knowing they are black, and there's several black users here who don't get on fine because they make garbage posts. They're on his case because his posts are garbage. The black jokes come after that. It's not like he's doing himself any favors by constantly pretending to be a "real ghetto nigguh in duh trap" stereotype either.
