Yeah and it's called those stupid consecutive ads that ignore volume settings

From time to time I randomly get weird websites opening in new tabs on my browser. I can't remember the URL exactly but I remember there being an 'app.spotify' in there somewhere. It usually redirects to really shady/weird websites advertising stuff like Norton and Perth News on non-official sites.

I finally bought it, now I have to wait half an hour for an update.

Any tips for when I decide my special stats?

Depends on your build. If you're going for any kind of laser weapon, you'll want intelligence. If you want to find a stuffload of caps and ammo in every container you find, go for luck. If you wanna aim good, perception. If you wanna shoot like 30 different people in VATS and be sneaky, agility. If you wanna beat people up, Strength.

Honestly the most important starting perks IMO are Rifleman and Gun Nut so yea. Unless you'd rather have automatic guns than powerful semi-auto guns, in which case go for the commando perk which is agility instead of perception

None of it matters. Fallout 1, 2, 3 and NV they all had level caps making S.P.E.C.I.A.L. that much more important.
Fallout 4 there is an unlimited level cap and you can just level up any special points anytime you level with almost no consequences. You'll get 10 in all special points eventually.

So are you just naturally incredibly unhelpful or do you have to try really hard lol

It was copyrighted from a bunch of places. Under normal circumstances I don't imagine it would even be a problem but the author was a real douche about it or something otherwise he probably would've gotten away with it.

So i got FO4 for christmaand i'm level 14 already, where are some good places to get tons of exp?

Honestly for the longest time I just did tons of Preston's quests, helping out settlements, killing raiders, ect. Intelligence affects how much XP you earn for each action, but it also may be worth checking out the idiot savant perk, because there's some interesting calculation that goes into it regarding your Intelligence.

i dont know what to do, both my quests want me to go really far down on the map and im only lvl 9

I snagged the Realistic Bullet Cracks mod before it got banned, you can still get a copy of the 50% version here, I guess I could upload 100% if you needed it

I don't understand the hackplant thing everyone is complaining about. Can't you just build a floating baseplate, duplicate it onto said floating baseplate, and then delete-launcher the plate? This isn't something Zeblote needs to do for it to work.
