If you're into building settlements then this mod will probably be incredibly useful to you
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1267/
It's not really a mod, it's a cheat engine script, but it will allow you to place anything anywhere. Yea, like even floating in the sky. Super helpful for building perimeter fences.

I shouldn't have to download a mod. If the game was good enough on it's own I wouldn't need mods to fix it.

Do you realize you are the only person in the entire thread who needs to download a mod? Everyone else here is fine with the game, except you. You are the only one who thinks the game isn't good enough on it's own. Your opinions are garbage and nobody wants to play your nightmarishly boring paint-drying gimmick infested version of Fallout that only you care enough about to consistently bitch over. Download a mod and be done with it.

Basically all of these games are old. stuff used to get past ESRB all the time when the video game market was much smaller. ESRB passed a rape simulator for M, it definitely wouldn't get through now. Bloodborne hardly counts because nothing looks like it should in real life. The requirements for an AO rating is tricky but if you're blatantly running around blowing kid's heads off with a shotgun it's a pretty sure-fire way to score one. Megaton doesn't count because you don't see the kids die, it's just implied, just like implied rape/heavy love is okay.

Good job talking out of your ass however, I was starting to forget you're still a moron.

That's the thing with everyone's mentality "just download a mod."
Mods don't fix developers. From a developing standpoint these developers are just trying to please everyone without trying to offend, this is actually more harmful to the gaming industry. Creative freedom and choice is going down the toilet.

Do you have the first modicum of self awareness or have you managed to miss the fact that basically everyone in this thread disagrees with everything you're saying, with a couple exceptions? This is why mods exists. You're the only person who wants to play your personal stuff version of Fallout. Nobody else does. So go download a mod.

The ability to not being able to kill children in a post apocalyptic environment is disturbing.

If you plan on actually selling a game anywhere besides american adult stores, you can't have children getting killed in your game.

When did he say he prefers broken physics though?
I have seen this said a few times now with no proof.

I don't think a lack of inclination to fix it means he prefers its current state.

No, he said he actually preferred it for the 'comedic effect'

Does anyone know why my weapons workbench has 39 aluminium and my Power Armor station has 0 aluminum, in the same settlement?

these are the only ones in there that looked good. i'm not spending 200+ dollars on glasses. also, this is what my eye looks like pretty much

I've read that strabismus somewhere can actually be controlled / treated with contacts but I'm not gonna lie, that's unfortunate. You should still talk to an optometrist about what you can do to fix it and consider cosmetic surgery. Or if you don't have the money just get an eye patch or something, it'll probably make you more interesting if you pull it off right lol idk. You don't have to fork out +$100 for a pair of glasses if you look properly, I paid around $45-60 something for mine and they work just fine. $200 is actually relatively reasonable price for a sturdy pair of glasses if you plan on having the same pair for multiple years.

Also I highly doubt you've "tried every treatment" for cystic acne but I'd more or less understand if your parents don't want to fork out money for acne treatments. In which case, don't worry about it, you're only 16. I've met a lot of girls who more or less don't give a stuff about acne as long as everything else is on point for the most part. The problem with acne is it usually deals a blow to your confidence, and confidence is always the determining factor between the persistent alpha male and the needy beta creep.

Confident males tend to be severely obnoxious.

Is that because they bullied you in middle school lol? Confident people also tend to be more successful in basically everything they do, especially courtship.

i've said why i can't get contacts

Can you describe your 'condition' in more detail? I'm not sure I understand how glasses are supposed to fix a lazy eye and honestly it just sounds like a stuffty excuse. Either way you can still get an appointment and get a new set of glasses which are more fashionable.

Elecro your looks don't matter unless you dress like a homeless person and wear honor student glasses. Get a haircut that isn't literally a bowl cut and you're (probably) good. Ask your mom to schedule an appointment with an optometrist earlier to get contacts. Take some loving control of your life, girls probably don't talk to you because you walk around with a pathetic external locus of control, AKA being massively wishy-washy beta. Girls subconsciously like a confident man that takes charge of his life and sitting around making excuses is the legitimate opposite of that.

I've never had to think too much about my outfit or my hairstyle. I just hamfist it and look in the mirror and if I don't look like a total moron, I'm good.

I think if Elecro was my pet I'd have had him put down by now

I get the feeling that natural selection is going to kick him out of the genetic race anyway.

chopsticks are easy to use

Anything is "easy to do" once you know how to do it. It's the amount of learning required compared to what the forget you're actually trying to do that matters.

where? i know on a stream rotondo said they've tried to fix it in the past and determined that it would require some kind of intense netcode rewrite or something and gave up, but i never heard anyone say they prefer them broken

I discussed several aspects of future development with him on his server once. We talked about vehicle physics and the 8 visible lights maximum and he made it clear that he plans to do nothing with either.

Probably. Already been around for 8. I'd probably post less and less but I'd still remain at-least slightly active around here in my late 20's/early 30's
