Rally said at his last birthday he got laid? Yet he's only six?

Puh-lease, the only thing sucking a 6 year old rooster would be a dog looking for peanut butter.

Dunno if you're trolling or not but for future reference: my profile 'age' is set to the date I registered my first account on this forum. I'm 17.

Swollow's RTB hosting service is currently hosting some broken / corrupted add-ons. If you downloaded the pack from Swollows brick pack, you have a corrupted file.

I made a topic about it a while back and someone reuploaded it. Try that one.

And once again, I must reiterate.

People who have a birthday would like to celebrate that with their friends. They consider people on the forums their friends, and so they feel the need/want to share it with other people. They have absolutely no intention of contributing anything to the forum, it's entirely self-gain, but for them personally it means a lot, and some people here like going around congratulating others on their birthdays.

This is one of the earlier points I discussed but w/e, I guess I must reiterate.

How does one expect to 'celebrate' their birthday by posting 'it's my birthday' on the forum? What does it possibly do for them? How do you celebrate with strangers (that you consider your friends) across a textual medium that allows no emotional or physical connection? I might feel/need to share the fact that my ass itches to my internet stranger friends. And I think we agree that in doing so I do not contribute anything and it's entirely self gain. Nobody is debating why people share their birthday threads online, I couldn't care less what reason you have to share personal information to random people on the internet that have no use for it. Fact of the matter is, the threads are useless and stupid.

The threads are just as necessary and useful as every other thread in Off Topic, aka not useful. The difference is that instead of being about something that could affect multiple people, it's specifically focusing on one member.

I really disagree. While the content in Blockland's off-topic is usually old and recycled compared to other internet forums, all internet forums, including this one, are usually great mediums for a diverse range of entertainment, social, political outlets. Even personal outlets. Sometimes the blogland topics here are entertaining and relate-able (and note that by this logic, I don't have a problem with all birthday threads, only the ones that offer no content).

I firmly believe that every topic should have some level of topical content. Most other public internet forums ban people for making threads about their birthdays, because half of them are practically indiscriminate from other stuff threads that offer virtual 0 conversation point.

(In case you didn't notice, this was a JOKE. Please learn what a joke is before trying to use every single one of my loving joke posts as a serious argument.)

I know what a joke is, they don't usually turn out very well when tagged onto the end of a serious discussion for no reason. Although I do appear to lack the magical ability to determine people's emotional understatements (i.e. anger)

Well it's the problem being discussed in this thread. If you're not taking a positive or negative stance, you're taking the peanut gallery stance.

Same could be said for the useless prick who keep popping in here to lay down some half-assed insult about how dumb I am even though he cannot build a single valid point against me?

Let me get this straight, you guys cannot defend your opinion in any way imaginable but you're going to pretend your inability to do so is you being right and me being dumb. It works the opposite way.

Everyone knows they can't bring up a valid point against me so they're just going to sit around and say "y-yeah well im too cool 2 argue"

Actually I'm bored as forget so lets keep this going, you guys seriously love arguing with me it seems.

Rally reminds me a little of my brother this one occasion. I overheard him mentioning Peter Dinklage to my mother because he was playing Destiny. About how the Ghost was voiced by him. My mom kinda just said "oh okay", and then he just kept talking. Trying to explain things and more examples of whatever. It felt like it lasted for 10 minutes. Of noise.

If you think I'm talking about this too much, why would you reply? If you reply to someone who has talked too much, you are instigating and therefore furthering the problem you've built inside your own mind.

I think it's pretty clear Rally got a stick shoved up his arse on his birthday one year, and now he's trying to protect everybody else from having fun.

That, or maybe he doesn't realise it's a bit of a tradition for people to treat a birthday as their special day and thus want to have people congratulate them for it?

Dude, how many times do I have to explain this to you?

This is about birthday threads. This has nothing to do with birthdays. I enjoy birthdays, last birthday I got laid and $320. Please stop purposefully misconstruing my argument in order to make it easier to attack.

Circle one answer:

Rally is...

a) trolling
b) being oversensitive about nothing
c) causing a huge argument over something most people don't give 2 craps about
d) a mix of the above

e) putting my thoughts out there because I feel like it

which one does "typing passive-agressive paragraphs about a non-issue" fall under
which one does "wasting time hating on stupid subjects" fall under

Why are you so concerned about my usage of time? Don't worry, I have my schedule perfectly under control. If you think this is a non-issue, congratulations on your indifference, I'm afraid I don't possess the same lack of opinion.

the most interesting part is that even though nobody agrees with him he somehow still insists he's in the right
the mind of a moron is an incredible thing

Why would I care if nobody agrees with me? Nobody has given me a legitimate reason to agree with them. So I'm not going to agree with them. It's sad that you'd simply believe in something because everyone else does.

an argument is different than a debate

in any case, rally needs to take a chill pill. this isn't the first time he's flown off the handle

and at this point arguing with taboo is like trying to fight musashi - he's got has way too much practice

This is hardly a debate or an argument, nobody else has brought up an argument against me or been able to keep it level. This is basically me talking about something I want to talk about and everyone telling me my business for it.

I can see why taboo doesnt bother to read those paragraphs because good lord its just like looking at the edge of a razor blade

Right, Taboo can't read 2 paragraphs because apparently disliking useless spam topics is at the forefront of a trend; experimental or avant-garde.

Lol @ rally wasting precious energy on birthday topics
I mean come on. They pop up 1-2 times on select days. And it's not like the topics are forced in front of your face. Just don't click on them.

"Precious energy"
Sitting down, thinking and typing on the internet burns around 10 calories an hour. I'm not using that much energy at all.
I've already directly explained the point you've just made in previous posts. Don't you think it's a kinda risky venture to blindly talk stuff about my point without reading any of the posts that actually indicate my real point?

My favorite part is that the childish ripping session for the last 3 pages haven't put together a single point and probably let this thing affect themselves more than it has affected me.

If the temperature doesn't exceed 160 degrees Fahrenheit, there shouldn't be any damage to the plates or machine.

Dishwashers don't have that many moving parts though, so the child might not get fully washed. I might recommend using the laundry machine (the ones that spin, should get all angles of child washed efficiently) or strapping it to the hood of your car when you through a car wash.

The water inside of a dishwasher can be between 120 - 150 degrees Fahrenheit, so I cannot recommend you use a dishwasher to wash your child without first buying it a protective thermal jacket.

stuffting in an empty bowl makes me think of birthday threads, something which I would never make.

A bowl with food however, entertains multiple people, has a reason to exist, and never usually bothers anyone.
