the confederates made a lot of good decidions while america basically sat on its ass for the first half of the war but the confederates still lost because of the fact that they just didn't have enough trained soldiers

wrong, the confederacy made zero good decisions. the first bad decision they made was choosing to secede

i believe they're only using wayfare for the money transfer and the rest of the transaction is through the deep web or whatever. highly doubt ordering one of these "cabinets" gets you a child thru the mail

probably not. wayfair almost certainly has pretty detailed logs of all its transactions, including the names of the items sold, and to who. the FBI finding that their suspect purchased a $10k cabinet named after the victim during a raid would basically be a conviction in and of itself. no human trafficker would expose themselves to that kind of risk, much less one who had the knowledge and connections to do it as part of wayfair's business

literally the united states revolutionary army - they were untrained or poorly trained civilians who fought a war of attrition that eventually forced the british to give up. meanwhile the british at the time were considered the most advanced in military training and tech.
you might point to the french helping the usa but note that they only sent like a few officers to help with training. that doesnt mean the soldiers were suddenly efficient effective fighting units - it just made them slightly more disciplined and able to follow orders.
