How about instead of blaming the person who took the picture, you blame the person who spread it around behind her back? You're acting as if by sending the picture, she endorsed its distribution. While sending risque pictures of yourself is questionable, secretly distributing the personal pictures of others is far worse.

like really i fully understand your guys' perspective, but at the end of the day she still sent it, and im sure she was well aware of the risks and possibility that it would be spread around

i guess i wasnt making my point clear but:

no she literally can't control nick spreading it
what she could control was her picture being sent in the first place, avoiding the entire problem that ensued

both are in the wrong

sending the pic did not cause him to share it. she had no idea that was going to happen. so... she didn't do anything wrong, and it's not her fault in any conceivable way. especially since you were just talking about how it's normal to share nudesis that what your parents told you?

That actually isn't evidence at all.  A bunch of people claiming something isn't true, until it's proven true.  I could talk to a bunch of my buddies and start speculating around school that you are a drug dealer just to get you in trouble, even if you're an innocent and you're being framed.  They're making a claim, they need to prove it.  This is just a plain display of your ignorance.

Then there is no proof that she ever said that she was 19. That allows the possibility that they are lying about what she said.

pretty sure numerous people explaining first-hand that tills claimed to be 19 to them is evidence.

Yeah that isn't evidence, sorry.  I'd go with the "innocent until proven guilty" notion, but I've seen more than enough evidence against him.  If he asked bubba to see her with panties when she was 16 (as bubba said by the way, why would she lie about this), I find it rational to assume he did infact lovet a 15 year old.  Did you not see neonfallouts picture backing up this argument?

This was the other night. I learned of her real age a week ago which is ong after I sent her my butt
He joined a server I was on and started the convo with "nick how old is ____" and I told him what I had learned the week before. I really fail to see the issue here. I wasn't aware of the age at the time and I am sorry for doing such a thing but again I(everyone on bl aswell) was under the impression that she was 19
