What's the room that's chained up (requires 2 keys to unlock) and has a room with a large die side inside? I tried it once and it randomized a lot of my items, and one time it did absolutely nothing.

I really want to say there's a surgery that can cut out the urethra in one of your organs
I never bother with urinals and just use a stall. It's quieter and more private.
