The Anglo-Saxons explore the land above them, below the Romans. It is an empty piece of clay, so the Saxons take it for themselves.
They build a Fortress, and name it Weard, meaning Guardian in Anglo-Saxon (true stuff.)

It's an extremely old pistol, the paint is coming off so you can see the metallic parts on some of the edges.
