its honestly pretty funny when it happens but i never know how to respond to iti'm on /gd/ occasionally, who are you talking about?
ive seen some guy specifically from the forums in multiple threads on /gd/ (which is even more shocking if you know how little people are actually there, maybe dozens of people at a time max) who posted graphics n video stuff there and had blockland/blf references in his username that went completely unnoticed by everyone else which was pretty funny whenever i came across it
This has been happening lately where it's long after i've closed Blockland down, but it's still running in the processes, and i can't even stop the game from the Steam library
killing steam fixes iti've had this same issue too for a couple of months, only thing i know that does anything is using task manager to close steam, then reopening it
i don't know of any other way though

no he just ran an insert command down the database for the addon tables datait appeared like it was only the front page addons since i couldn't find anything else with notable names that weren't on the front page but granted i only searched a few pages
as an addendum:the blid pw combos had nothing to do with the addon authors, those addons specifically were being used because they were on the front page, all of the ids are those of people ive never heard of (i.e. not the authors) except for lord tony
addon names were changed to blid/password combinations presumably associated with the author of each addon.
