Off Topic / Well forums, I took your Advice, and now my sister is arrested

In my last thread I decided to take the forums advice on "do nothing", so I did.
Yesterday, she was found drunk at night with a bunch of her friends, and apparently she threw eggs and bricks at the neighbors windows.
Now she is arrested for vandalism on a neighbors house, Underage drinking, and Public Disturbance. Her sentence is 5-7 weeks of community service (yet its not decided yet). My parents are angry as stuff and tell her not to come back to the house.
Well forums, I took your advice to do nothing,
and this was the outcome.

So my friend T invited me to "trick or treat" in his neigborhood that apparently celebrated halloween (I live in canada). So me, Carson, T, and Stella hit up the neigborhoods. Whenever a group of teenagers tried to chase us in zombie masks I asked them for a postcard.
I got to say america, your halloween thing is not half bad.

Ever since I saw this guy join the forums, he has been making bullstuff up.

It was only one ddos attack, it just shuts down the server ONCE, how could he be a "threat" to the server
They are just clans, clans are for kids.
Clans never helped the community by a single bit, there is no reason to be pissed at clans.

My problem is, My Laptop won't turn on.
My HP Pavilion G6 (http://www.cnet.com/products/hp-pavilion-g6/specs/) won't technically turn on. When I press the power button the fan starts on a bit then stops. The caps lock blink code turns on after.
I've check the blink code, And it said it was a cpu failure, so I bought a new cpu. I installed the cpu again and it still did the same.
What to do?
(first one to provide a successful answer will receive a copy of Arma cold war assault on steam from me)

I found a canteen hiding under the shelf in her room, its wine
According to Quebec laws, no one under 18 can hold or drink alcohol, my sister is 14. She thinks that as long as its in "her house" its legal. Not to metion its my parents property and they aren't aware(duh). She told me that if I tell anyone she will go up to our parents and say I watch research and hid it in her room.
What should I do?
