Off Topic / Is their a cheaper way to fix the computer

After website after website, I've come to a conclusion that my graphics card is to old or dead (something like that)
 

It's better to buy a new computer or build if that laptop doesn't even have much.

Is there some way to fix the G card without having to replace it or buy a new computer?

I hear in america, classes like gym they don't grade you by your skill, they grade you if "you trying your hardest".

Games / Help: Steam games glitchy graphics

All my games are now unplayable on my steam library, Its because the graphics seem to glitch and forget up. The game still seems playable, just the screen is not correct.

So far i've...
deleted the games and reinstalled em'
deleted steam and reinstalled it
checked my drivers for errors

none worked

Any idea of what I need to do?

About all people now days have access to the web, including Kids. Which can be good, yet mostly I think giving a child the tool to search anything on the web they want can mess up their Development and Influence.

That's like if you took the maps out of Gmod and replaced it with ENB, and it's not like you're going to enable it anyway because it's a total lagfest, and we already had shadows but we now have even more.
