It's riki2321gamer.  He had a forums account but was banned permanently.  Here's his account if anyone's curious.

Is it just me or does Sugar get unwarranted protection because she's a girl?  Pretty sure the BLF has destroyed dozens of handicapped boy children, why the sudden bout of morality?  You all hoping for a short bus handy? 

Non-incendiary comment:
The sugar comics I've seen are not mean spirited.  They're well crafted and genuinely funny.  If you want to protect this person, comics like this will this elicit more empathy than a thousand white knights.
