Although I'm pretty stuffty at knowing whats on the computer hardware market, I have a trick that seems to be working for me, in the way of "do I need to upgrade?"
1. Find a AAA game that's come out this year.
2. Put graphics to ultra
3. If you don't get 30+ fps, it's time to upgrade.

We may not have the same communistic fear that Americans have (synths are basically the fallout version of communism) so yeah I guess it wouldn't work in that aspect but there are so many other things that they could explore revolving the 70s in England.

As he said when he left, he keeps no tabs whatsoever on the blockland community. He doesn't miss it but it definitely has helped him on his career path.

The London underground system is, if I remember correctly, the biggest underground system in the world. As someone who regularly uses it, it's depth is what I imagine to be safe from a nuclear bomb. If the fallout version of London is anything like the real version, there would be tons of survivors. They were regularly used in WW2 to protect people from bombs.

Vault tech could be a global corporation? Especially with rich people in various countries it wouldn't be unrealistic for vaults to be created.

That entire battle sequence was one of the loving coolest things ive seen in a TV show, reminded me of the Battle for Helms Deep

Yeah so how sick was that last night?!
Only downside is that Ramsey died because he was definitely my favourite character. Gets stuff done, has cool battle plans, loves his doggies, psychologist, strong leader, and above all else, pretty damn handsome.
That battle scene was sick and i loved the shield wall tactic. Shame about the actor who played riccon, he literally had no time to shine.

Fallout London would add so many options to the franchise though. Completely new factions, scenery is completely different, plus the world's largest (?) Underground subway system! Plus London has so many iconic buildings.

The difference between storyline in skyrim and storyline in fallout 4 is that in skyrim you're helping people expand their powers, whilst in fallout 4, you're expanding your own power and control over the world. In skyrim I never really felt I had much choice in the world, not often anyway.
