What about nuclear power plants? They are clean and I get my power from them, I live near the limerick nuclear power plant in PA USA. There have only been two nuclear accidents that destroyed a lot of area.

I never said I wanted a high performance Gaming Pc, and I am not so firmiliar
With types of CPUs and GPUs I should get.
When I said budget I ment I only have $997 to spend.
That would be my "budget"
I am not some ass who spends a bunch of money for a Top of the line gaming PC.
Thankyou, others, who gave me other lists to try instead of flaming me for picking parts that are not high end or environmental friendly.

Your desktop is connected to the router with Ethernet, and your laptop is connected to the router with Wi-Fi. Even though these are different link types, both computers use the same ISP. The router and LAN do not affect connection quality much. I just said I used wired internet not Wifi for my laptop.
What if you had been compressing files or doing other CPU-heavy work? What if the OS needed to do a resource- intensive task? When I host I only run my Dedicated window nothing else, and I have never experienced this happening before so the chance of the OS doing it is 30/100
