Raccoonner never changes like he says. Hes 10 with the attitude of a freaking 4 year old. Or worse. Sugar has brain damage. Not idiocity. So that comparison does not work. Raccoonner also tries to force himself onto users. I hate the furry fandom and hes a prime example of this.
1. Furries are OK, its the fact that hes so obsessive about it which is 1 reason to be annoyed
2. Like trogtor said, give him a little slack for being young.
3. RACCOONEER however has more bads than goods in my eyes. I rarely actually see his posts but they do seem a bit possessive. Anyways, he can't keep promises as said throughout this thread. I think these are the reasons to find him annoying, not rant about it.
It would just be nice if he kept a promise once in a while though.

Walk to the door with a box you picked off the street.. knock and ask if this was the house that ordered pizza. Wait a few minutes for someone to come. If they notice you and come out, hand it to them and look inside from outside to look for any other people, possibly armed, ill leave the rest to you guys. If he notices you and tells you to piss off walk away but put the pizza box down. Walk away 5 feet, take off your shirt and say STEAMY HOT MELTING CHEESE PIZZA WITH PEPPERONIS... SO GOOD YOU CANT RESIST and continue to walk around till they actually come pissed off. Hand them their pizza, little do they know, it has the stolen phone from before, with your number on a sticky note. Run away.
If they do not even notice or answer, just leave the pizza box there. Go to check on the attack (The mob might be on their way back, be sure to look as casual as possible and don't look at them.

In court, you would have no way of escape as all evidence would lead to you. Its best just to blend in.
