if I'm understanding correctly they're asking for an sr22 at the DMV, right?

A DMV may require an SR-22 from a driver to reinstate his or her driving privileges following an uninsured car accident or conviction of another traffic-related offense, such as a DUI.

If someone said "Artist" to me I would assume someone who paints or sculpts or similar.

If you said "Musician" I would assume someone who makes music.

then i guess thats just a thing around here then? whenever i say, or someone else says "artist", 99.9% of the time we're talking about a person who makes music
