you need combat level 140 thats it
it was supposed to come out this month
it was in the behind the scenes
plus its supposed to be like a huge change or something though so i guess it takes awhile

the official Clan Chat is Blocklanders, which i typically do most of the recruiting for but anyone in the clan can

do waterfall quest
30-ish att/str
