BioShock 2. It's the "Unstable Teleportation Plasmid" Easter Egg container. It continuously changes colors and teleports itself, and eventually the player, to strange places. My close friend took a video of it and made it into an animated GIF. Then I cut it out and resized it for my avatar.

it also gives you a special ability or something
