Okay, well it turned out things went a lot faster than expected. The server is now online with Tier+Tactical weapons and a '/givePoints' command. The command is used as such:
/givePoints <player> <amount>
It should be a little bit easier to buy new vehicles for your team. Also, with the removal of GCat's weapons, there are no issues with FOV changing. If there are any issues with lag caused by the T+T projectiles (I've been experiencing some while testing the weps) let me know and I'll try to fix it asap.

I've started working on switching out the weapons to tier+tactical. The server will probably be up within the next few weeks, after this and a couple other things are finished.

Isn't the control panel supposed to show server chat? I'm getting join/leave messages and my info announcer but no actual in game chat.

This works but only for switching between weps. When you unscope (damn autocorrect) it doesn't do anything

I've thought about switching weapon packs but the main reason I haven't is because the raycast weapons suit long range combat, as regular projectiles are too slow for the scale of the map. Another advantage is the fact that the current pack is very balanced for both the regular and russian expansion. If it were changed, it would either be to GCat's special pack, T+T, or Blockality. I've added a poll to the OP.
