I remember some of the old PS 1 and PS 2 games that had well over 200 hours of gameplay.

Star Ocean the Second Story - Over 80 Different Endings
Dark Cloud 2 - Lot's of stuff to do
Secret of Mana
Legend of Mana
Dawn of Mana

And then there are games like Super Smash Bros for N64 that can be beaten quickly, but has lot's of replay value.
Kinda like Conkers Bad Fur Day
