A court of law would throw this case out. She did originally state she were 19. Whether he sent pictures after or before she said it then it doesn't matter. For all you know the pictures were sent late because phones are know to do that.



Also this counts as badgering the witness, no court of law would all this. He even posted the pictures against her will and didn't even bother to censor the face.

Considering how tills didn't want this drama topic to go around in the first place and specifically asked the OP not to post her loving chat logs it seems like she is playing the victim card of being humiliated by this topic. She isn't playing the victim card of almost getting statutory raped like loving Bubbagum.

And how do you not know if Nick was waiting for her age to round up to 16? You don't but it's likely that's what he was waiting for.

Tills made nick aware of her actual age of 15, and still pictures were sent. He did not wait till she was 16. Whether or not she consented to the revealing of chat logs is irrelevant, kickflow was just in his actions.

If Nick lives in a state that the age of consent is 18 and if Tills live in a state that has the age consent of 16 then the law applies to whomever is having love in that state.

So Nick could travel to a 16 age of consent state to have love and it's perfectly legal and there is not a damn thing you can do about it.


Hell, Nick could travel to a third world country where it's perfectly legal. Still not a damn thing you can do about it.

At least Tills wasn't playing the victim card.

Tills knew what she did was wrong because she faked her age and said she was 19 and almost got Nick into serious trouble. Tills didn't want any attention from this and asked for her chat logs to not be redistributed.

I feel like tills going around blockland, server to server telling people she was going to kill herself in response to this topic
