Help / My server is always dead!

I don't know whats going on but when one of my friends wanted to join my game they couldn't because... its dead... I have the server so 8 or more people can join and its on internet. Is this a casual problem or am I one of the first to report it and how can I fix it?

Yes i have just finished my 2nd game of Mind Games! Now Mind Games is more bloody!!!!!!

In-game requirements- During mini the following must be unchecked
                                                               brickdamage
                                                               weapondamage
                                                               selfdamage
                                                               vehicledmage
Also during mini you must have no weapons or tools in the slots!

Help / Losing all weapons on my server. Plz tell how to fix.

For some reason on my server i cant load any weapons (place a brick use wrench then choose weapon or tool and send) Yes i have the add ons of them checked. It happened after i downloaded mini-nuke, kraken, and zero plane. But it only happens at my server!
