Constants and variables. That's how games are, that's how life is.

I wouldn't save/load to troll people or try things out. Part of what makes life worth living is that unpredictable randomness that we can't defeat. I'd save/load only to go back and fix the bad decisions I've made, but even then I'd always worry that things would only turn out worse, or that I'd miss out on opportunities of the future because of changed variables in the past.

Hell, I probably wouldn't be here speaking to you forgeters if I went back to the one decision I'd really like to change in my past.

No, he was arguing that it directly affected him. Any possible feelings towards his entire race mean less to him than how he will be benefited. That's my deduction of what's not just happened in this thread, but in MULTIPLE threads going back at least a year (if not more, given the date his account was registered). I have a great recollection of this cunt and his previous "debates".

The truth is that Jitank is a Tumblr-Twat; he wants to find every possible measure that lets him point out how "disadvantaged" and "hard-pressed" he is to justify why his life is so bland and uneventful. The fact he's on this website, having bought a $10 key (wouldn't be surprised if this was an alt either) using the Internet to spit out his babble points to the fact he is fairly loving privileged, and his reliance on ridiculous sources comes from the fact he has no personal experiences to back up any of his assertions.

Any possible debate with him will be a lose/lose scenario and I've been a right cunt for continuing it; he'll claim anything and get emotionally charged as a means to back himself up whenever his arguments start falling apart.

mkay because of slavery, Black Americans were placed on a lower than human level, similar to a gorilla in the zoo. As slavery went on, it was common believe that black people were intelligent and morally inferior to white people. A water down version of this ideology still exist today. Examples of this would be the face that black are incarcerated at a high level dispite overall committing less crimes than whites and being the minority 29%. A white criminal has a higher chance of being called in for an interveiw than a black person without a criminal record.

There's a logic leap so large here that even Evel Knievel wouldn't dare cross it.

So, in the slavery days black people were not treated as human but instead treated similar to gorillas, and then eventually white people thought black people were intelligent but didn't have good morals(?), and ever since the abolishment of slavery white people still hold to these beliefs (Stereotyping much? Didn't you say you were about that?) and the proof of this is that criminals are going to prison and some people employed criminals over free men on the basis of skin colour and not qualifications.

Is this your argument that you are seriously trying to sell?

Actually, this is not really a reboot and is actually really a remake (the original game in modern graphics with some gameplay "enhancements") by an entirely different developer team.

It's still needs a lot of work and has some annoying issues, but at least this isn't some quick cash-grab.

2) Thats simply not true. Sure, most people dont intend to be tribal; stereotypes are one thing can can propetuate racism. I heard friends of mine say that i "act white" or "talk like a white person"

Stereotypes are derived from common, outstanding attributes and behaviour patterns. While stereotypes might be outdated and in some cases oversimplifed, they exist on the basic human need to simplify patterns down to their most basic level. It's a survival skill our ancestors became excellent at to help them identify threats in their environment which has kind of backfired in this modern society.

It is ridiculous to assume people can easily overcome what is part of basic human nature, and still serves some use in today's environment (for example, you probably wouldn't want to walk up to some guy in hoodie brandishing a knife).

Racism is a very intentional act. The saying "racism can be unintentional" is one that constantly irritates me; people are very capable of saying things which don't describe their intent, whether by accident, sarcasm/joke or so on.

Tenzuni has a misconception of black people that makes him tribal.

I'm not Tenzuni and I won't speak on his behalf since I can't physically know if what he said is what he actually believes.

"Mate" is used towards people who you think are very soft and can't take criticism at all; people who are very uptight and don't gel with the relaxed atmosphere we dig. It can also be used towards people you look down on, in a kind of sarcastic "if you think we're friends think again" sort of way.

It should be noted these are unwritten rules and there are plenty of people who don't use the words the same way the younger generations do. A lot has changed in Australian society in the past 30-odd years that have made us much more relaxed, fun-loving and just "chill" which is where a lot of these rules are coming from.

I just find it funny how the definitions of 'cunt' and 'mate' are kind of reversed in Australia.

For future reference; calling somebody a 'cunt' endearingly implies that you trust that person enough to not take offence to you calling them a derogatory term, which in turn make it one of the greatest possible compliments for an Australian to give, since Australian culture is geared entirely toward a more relaxed "do what you feel like" environment.

Also, as Dreams of Cheese said; it's loving hilarious and I'm all about having a bit of a laugh.

I was trying to deconstruct (my understanding of) Jitank's argument by showing how it doesn't hold up when you change some of the facts a little bit. The fact that he didn't even present an argument back seems to make it clear my point was solid.
