Try deleting cache.db. It's located in C:\Documents\Blockland or C:\Program Files x86\Steam\SteamApps\common\Blockland.

Very very unlikely, supported operating systems are:

Windows XP or higher
Mac OSX

If you run wine on Linux, it kind-of is supported.
