Looks fantastic; just wondering why it wouldn't work for add-on vehicles? Looks like it just packages WheeledVehicleData::onImpact so it should work for all vehicles?

I don't understand why you felt the need to share this, though. 90% of the stuff in Creativity is people posting cool and interesting work that usually takes them a while to do, whereas you just whipped up something I'd expect to see in the introduction on learncpp.com.Some people actually do find this cool. If you don't, that's fine. I mean, I'm just sharing something I've done, there's no problem with that.
