like seriously. how about instead of 'checking the line after it's already landed' why not just stop them from loving moving when they get hooked. most of the 'bullstuff hooks' happened because you moved behind the wall after it already landed from a clear angle.

increase her mid range damage, overall damage, normal movement speed, and she'll be a less viable tracer. still an upgrade from absolutely useless, though.

at this point, they should just rework her kit. she is the only hero that can't keep up with the game on every map

definitely needs to be able to do things much faster after uncloaking. Having to wait like... a full second or so before you can even shoot is kind of dumb. Any player  that doesn't have tunnel vision or is communicating with at least one other person is just going to murder you before you're even allowed to pull the trigger. Even if you do pull the trigger on some unsuspecting sniper, they're probably going to turn and kill you. I just don't understand why she has awful limitations on top of awful damage. Even being hit by like, a stray Meka projectile that does 0.9 damage can accidentally uncloak you and put it on full cooldown before you even make any use out of the ability. No other ability is shut down that easily other than Bastion's heal, which, has no cooldown anyway. They either have some hero specific counters or you're just straight up getting eliminated.

I feel even with some minor tweaks and buffs to make her 'viable' wouldn't compare with just straight up giving her a new ult though. Really, the most lackluster ult of all. It just applies her 'hack' to every nearby enemy, and it's not even safe to use. Tracer has an easy escape with her close range ult and doesn't have a stupidly long CD, and her ult even charges faster. Reaper's and Genji's ults do extreme damage which is a fair tradeoff with putting yourself in dangerous positions. Winston is a tank and doubles his health when he ults. Every other ult does not require you to be inside the enemy team for it to be useful.
