I mean, I came here just to post about rule #1, but if we want to get into the whole "roleplay realism" here...
Why do you even need weapon damage in a roleplay?
Also, for an 'advanced military roleplay with realistic death and all these other cool things', you're going to need a huge population. Good luck on that when your player retention will be abysmal.
