No one's forcing anything. They can seek refuge elsewhere; the United States doesn't have to do jack stuff.

He has access to all of social media and the internet to help him figure it out, yet he remains stubborn on it.

These all explain in simple terms what net neutrality is and why it's an important pro-consumer stance*. There's literally no excuse except maybe "I'm too dumb to google it."

maybe he's too busy to pay attention to it right now? all i know is that he basically hasn't slept at all since he started campaigning. I think he would be forced to address it properly eventually. that is, if he won the election. (he won't)
