variable rate interest = interest rate can change, which means if inflation goes bad your rate can go up. may be advertised as the rate can go down, or the starting rate of the loan is low (and possibly fixed for some time) but you can bet your ass they will jack that stuff up the moment they can

now i see what you meant by being forgeted in the long term with this

why doesnt everyone just do fixed rate interest? is it just not always an option?

idk if it applies to you but be very wary of the low down payment mortgages and especially variable rate ones cause they can forget you long term.

can you go into more detail? i never tried getting a house yet

aw man i woulda kept my vote to yours if i realized it was down to a single vote. your chronology thing is the single greatest thread to prevent mass amnesia of important histoic blockland events (not the wrench events)

as for the ephialtes discussion, i just read through some of those links you posted and holy moly that guy is such a jerk. it must have been a breath of fresh air when his admin was finally gone.

also, kalph's post aged pretty well considering ephi only lasted one more year after this.

Imagine placing a 1x1 brick on the second stud of a 1x2 brick and that's my character's head

But like Blockland's 'Bloko' bricks, Legodude's head is just made of legally distinct, and completely featureless, interconnecting plastic blocks

dang i didnt even realize WALDO had a forum account. always seen you play on knife tdms but never seen u in the forums.

also ill vote MLD because i like this new avatar of his because he looks like a tetris piece idk if that's the intention or not

would change my vote to swolli if he changes his avatar to his old garfield drooling and having his hand in the air avatar (or the jack o lantern version) - he switched his avatar so ill switch my vote

hey i remember seeing that avatar around a lot here years ago. i dont think ive ever seen it without the santa hat. did that ever exist?
