« on: January 17, 2016, 08:23:46 PM »Steam in general is handicapped about this stuff. Every time I log in to friends list I have at least 5 invites piled up and I used to get 30+. They show up on screen 3 at a time for 5 seconds each and there's no way to fast forward or skip them. It's annoying as stuff. There doesn't appear to be any way to turn it off. I can't imagine what it's like for people who are actually famous.i just spam click and open all the online/ingame users and notifications untill they're all gone
the sperg that steam does to try and open it all is usually over in a few seconds

how did you do that crystallize effect?
Paint.net has a crystalize tool, under 'distort' in the Effects tab.
It gives you a slider to choose the size of the crystals, and their quality (how anti-aliased they are).
Just select the area you want to crystalize, and then press the button.
