Updated the OP for better information on the booth building process. I have also removed the session application; I will be asking booths and other players/servers if they want to host a session.

EDIT: MiniBuilds are also wanted now! See the OP for details.

I understand the concern; as I mentioned players who don't reserve tickets can still get them in-game, and they will be given access to MOST sessions and events.

..so you're doing it for no reason then? Why?
Decorative reasons, this will also give me an idea of how many people to expect so it isn't a complete failure because there's not enough seating, etc.

I am considering removing the tickets idea however. I will talk it over with the team.

I think you're not allowed to use spaces in the file names or something like that. Otherwise I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Thanks, that worked. Also looks like some of my prints have transparent backgrounds which I need to fix as well.

The prints aren't showing up. Console shows nothing besides "Checking add-on"

I feel I've done something wrong, but this is my 3rd try to get these to work. What's wrong?

Reserving tickets beforehand is dumb.
...why do you have to reserve tickets in advance? Why can't you just come whenever it's up?
Just an idea I'm throwing around. There will be "Guest Passes" available on the day of; but you can't get everywhere with them.

Anything really. Compare the expo hall to Blockoworld and you'll get the idea.

Also to clarify on booths: You will be building the booth on your own server and giving me the completed build file via PM. Keep them to default bricks, and any add-ons needed will need a download link.

Alright well I'm already getting lots of help, and the event is (most likely) 47 days away. I'd really have to screw this up big time for the event not to happen.

EVENT CANCELLED
The event has been cancelled. More info here:
After some debating, I've decided to pull the cord and cancel the event. (sry mini and profit you have no decision on this kthx)

Two main reasons of cancelling the event are 1) nobody submitted their booths; and I really couldn't guarantee anyone was actually working on them. Thanks though to Conan and BRN for finishing and submitting your booths; they were great!
2) Vacation got in the way of things for me; I have not been able to work on the project for almost 2 weeks. I don't want to rush this and have a crappy event. I may return the project; but there will be some major changes if I do.

If I do return this project; no more booths unless I have the actual booth in my hands before I reserve the spot. This is the EXACT same reason the last Blockoworld was cancelled. Nobody finished their booth. I'll also probably make this less convention-y; sessions were most likely going to be dull and boring.

I'd like to give a few thanks to some people who helped out the project in some way:
Hawt/Profitman - for helping out a TON; messing around with eval; being rude about my railing choices and just being a good partner to build this.
Mini - for being the event planner; even though we really only got to plan the basics. He was still a good critic!
Aidan12 (or is it 10 I can't remember sry) - Booth builder who got his finished and submitted. Thanks!
Conan - got his booth submitted too! Thanks.
Blockland Racing Network - got their booth done too. Thanks.

^These guys were great in helping. I can't thank you guys enough and I apologize this didn't happen. Maybe someday me or someone else will pull this off, it's a fun concept. We made it very far but just couldn't hit the home stretch. Thanks again.

Anyways I'll still be around working on a few of my other projects. Some guy was bossing me around on what to make next. simon says confirmeddddddddd

But yeah, thanks guys. I'll leave this topic open for a little while in case anyone wants any further discussion.

update: I got it to partially work, I literally had to get within 2 studs of a zombie and hit him with a hammer.

I am trying to get the zombie bots to attack players, like they have always done. I configured both Slayer and default minigames with Bot damage set to ON; but the players cannot kill the bots and the bots cannot kill the players.
