Sounds like the guy was a stuffty shot and used a weak caliber. Most the injured drove themselves to the hospital.
Probably some poorcigarette that used a hipoint carbine or something.

When normies see video of actual gunfire they don't even understand what's happening because it's so boring looking. You'll get better results from special effects https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SsViAvVYoMQMuzzleflash doesn't pickup at all in daylight but if you've ever done night shooting you know that it's like a lightshow.

You could just take a normal round and empty out the powder/bullet and just fire the primer. It's not as realistic but completely safe.
