2 days ago, one of my adult teeth began to wiggle. I brushed it off like it was nothing, thinking it was my imagination. The next day it kept wiggling. Then I became worried. I've been resisting to mess with it, thinking that it wont wiggle anymore. I brush only once a week (please send help), and the last time I went to the dentist they said that I am starting to get Gingivitis.

6 months later.

Can anyone help? I really don't want to the dentist and have them pull it out. Thanks..
