  How can you help out besides Administrating?: Eventing and building are my specialty.
*Take the two examples below and explain what you'd do in that case:
[1] A player is being really annoying and rude towards players. You're the only Admin on; what do you do? 2, warnings, a kick, 5 minute ban, 1 hour ban, then perma ban.
[2] Something broke. Blake is offline. What do you do? Reset the minigame. If problems are beyond my control, contact blake.

Whats the specs of the computer that the server is run on?

hopefully at least 2GB dedicated to minecraft
