I could make the server dedicated but there's a problem that I have in terms of making the server dedicated. The problem is if there's no admins on the server, anyone can just delete any spacecraft that's in orbit from the control center and I wouldn't be able to backup the spacecraft if I'm not online. That problem can't be fixed aswell since there's currently no way to add restrictions as to who can control or edit a certain spacecraft.

The server hasn't been up in awhile but if anyone wants to play on the server again I can set it up.

UPDATE: There's now been various reports claiming that more than a dozen people have been injured from this attack. The death count has not increased lucky. It also has been confirmed that the suspect was using a paintball gun and a BB gun during this attack.

NBC is claiming that the person started yelling "Allahu Akbar" when he got out of the truck which is surprising to hear from them.

A man driving a rental truck plowed into pedestrians and cyclists on a jogging and bike path in lower Manhattan in New York City Tuesday afternoon, killing at least eight people and injuring many others in what New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio called a "cowardly act of terror." The sprawling crime scene runs about 10 blocks along the West Side Highway, a few blocks away from One World Trade Center. A suspect was apprehended at the scene. Multiple law enforcement officials told ABC News that the suspect in custody was identified as 29-year-old Sayfullo Saipov of Tampa, Florida.

I don't think that there's any clues within "what was he" besides "Alex" but when I ciphered the audio file using the +-+- pattern, I've gotten a few words on the second column like: top, box, and soo. I didn't really get alot of clues from using a caesar cipher unless anyone finds some form of a clue within this.

Yeah, I started to decipher the audio with what we have so far after Ana posted that. But keep in mind that we shouldn't ignore what I've said since I have found out what the audio is saying, I was just wrong to think that it was irrelevant.

Right now I'm trying to decipher the audio. If the way I deciphered the audio is correct then the word "you" would have to be deciphered. It also makes sense if it's that since there's 3 x's that are italicized.

I already figured out that the audio is basically irrelevant to deciphering this awhile back.

I've been playing around with the audio file and I've tried splicing the audio thinking that the audio might have been spliced backwards. So instead of the audio sounding like person saying for example, "Hello World" the audio was spliced into "World Hello". So when I edited the audio, I found out near the end of the audio file it definitely sounds like it's saying "What's up bitches". So I don't know if this arg is going to end up as joke or not but you can hear the spliced audio for yourselves here.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure the audio file is saying "Ew you bastard, what's up bitches" after hearing it a couple of times. Also made the link public now.

I've already tried putting most of the people that we're either involved or killed in this incident but I haven't got any progress. I'm thinking that this is some form of a cipher, but I haven't figured out what it is yet but I'm guessing that what Ana has posted with the "-+-+" might be a clue.
