A force of elite volunteer reconnaissance/shock infantry has been assembled, rivalling even the Kingsguard in skill. Known for their shrewd tactical ability, impressive infiltration skills and almost mythical knack for disappearing, they make up for their numerical shortcomings with extreme mobility and incredible combat prowess in all categories. They are known as the "Vrah", an ancient word derived from the native tongue of the mountains. The Tsar personally tasks them with securing the Katalan Valley, a fertile area between two tall peaks in the Ibier Range.
Additionally, two fortified towns are set up on the western and northwestern borders, along with another settlement in the southeast as the Kingsguard march ever further into both the mountains and the valleys in the north.
Internally, the primary walls of Kyer are finished and the village of Atar has grown sufficiently to receive proper fortifications. The two border settlements receive a military garrison and light fortifications begin being built.
Additionally, the industry of blacksmithing is expanded and improved upon as iron ore deposits grow.
