Game runs super well but the load loads super slowly when I'm driving fast cars. It makes cop chases impossible and makes the game ugly as hell. Anyone else have this issue?

I'm hunting all the achievements with my BFF (going for the 100%)
We already have all the DW achievements for example, but the Overkill pack achievements are in the way as that and the Dragan DLC are the only ones I don't have. (Didn't list Dragon tho as that one doesn't include DLC).
