I've seen plenty of games sold with real life cars or real cars with a little modified look just without the branding and nothing happened. Anyway I'm pretty sure Filipe will make his own original cars for the game.They more than likely have written consent and placed a copyright notice. Need for speed and gran turismo come to mind.
